To receive your bespoke or personalised journal in time for Christmas 2025, please order by midday on 12th December 2025.
All journals are printed on demand in the UK, so please order early to avoid disappointment.
What types of journals do you offer?
We specialise in DIY memoir journals designed to tease out your life story. Each journal includes over 75 thoughtful prompts to guide the writer and document their life experiences, making reflection and storytelling, enjoyable, meaningful and easy to start.
Can I personalise my journal?
Yes. Our Bespoke Journal lets you feature a photo, your name, and where you live on the cover.
All our journals can be personalised on request with your name and where you live. Just email hello@wydw.co.uk with your details.
Please triple check all spellings of names and places before placing your order.
How do I order personalised journals for different people?
Each personalised journal must be created and added to your cart separately. If, for example, you want to order two journals for two different people to ship to the same address, each one must be added to cart individually, to avoid ending up with two identical journals.
If you'd like to send journals to different shipping addresses, please place a separate order for each recipient.
How do I choose a photograph?
Choosing your cover photo doesn't have to be complicated. We've found that a childhood photo works really well, but we've also printed covers featuring pets, childhood homes, groups, families and favourite views. The secret? Don't overthink it! Just pick one and go for it. If you're having trouble choosing your photo please email us on hello@wydw.co.uk and we'll do our best to help you.
Can I use a portrait photograph?
Our covers print in landscape format, so portrait photos will need cropping.

How do I use the prompts in the journal?
The prompts in our journals are designed to inspire reflection and creativity. Each prompt encourages you to explore different aspects of your life, helping you to articulate your thoughts and experiences in a structured manner. You can approach them in any order and at your own pace, allowing for a personalised journaling experience. There's no right or wrong way to fill your journal.
Are returns or refunds available for journals?
Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of our journals and each book is printed especially for you, we can't offer returns or refunds. It is important to carefully consider your customisation details before placing an order. Please triple check the spelling of names and places.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times may vary based on your location and the delivery method selected at checkout. Typically, orders are processed within a few business days. Standard UK delivery takes 7-10 working days depending on location and volume during the Christmas period.
Do you deliver to outside the UK?
Currently, we only ship within the UK.

Can I purchase a journal as a gift?

Yes, we can accommodate bulk and/or bespoke orders for weddings, reunions, or company events.
