What types of journals do you offer?
We specialise in DIY memoir journals that are designed to tease out your life story. Each journal features engaging writing prompts that guide users to document their life experiences, making the process both enjoyable and meaningful.
Can I personalise my journal?
Yes, our bespoke cover can feature your photograph, name and where you live.
In addition, all our journals can be personalised on request with your name and where you live. Just send us an email to hello@wydw.co.uk with the details.
Please triple check the spelling of names and places before placing an order.
How do I order personalised journals for different people?
Each personalised journal must be created and added to cart separately. If, for example, you want to order two journals for two different people to ship to your address, each one must be added to cart individually, to avoid ending up with two identical journals.
If you want those two journals to go to two different shipping addresses, please treat them as separate carts and orders.
How do I choose a photograph?
Choosing a photograph doesn't have to be complicated. We've found that a childhood photo works really well, but we've also printed covers featuring pets, childhood homes, groups, families and favourite views. The secret is: don't overthink it! Just pick one and go for it. If you're having trouble choosing your photo please email us on hello@wydw.co.uk and we'll do our best to help you.
I want to use a portrait photograph. What do I do?
If you want to use a portrait photograph, please follow these instructions to crop it to landscape on an iPhone. If you're having trouble cropping your photo please email us on hello@wydw.co.uk and we'll do our best to help you.
How do I use the prompts in the journal?
The prompts in our journals are designed to inspire reflection and creativity. Each prompt encourages you to explore different aspects of your life, helping you to articulate your thoughts and experiences in a structured manner. You can approach them at your own pace, allowing for a personalised journaling experience.
Are returns or refunds available for journals?
Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of our journals, we do not offer returns or refunds. It is important to carefully consider your customisation options before placing an order. Please triple check the spelling of names and places.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times may vary based on your location and the delivery method selected at checkout. Typically, orders are processed within a few business days, and standard delivery can take anywhere from 5-10 business days.
Do you deliver to outside the UK?
At the moment we only ship within the UK. However, our Oak journal is available on Amazon.com and ships to the US, DE, FR, ES, IT, NL, PL and SE:
