WHAT IS IT?
Packed with more than 75 thoughtful questions, the DIY memoir journal will tease out your life story one memory at a time. Topics include: childhood memories, first kiss, biggest regret, lessons learned and more.
Originally written for her father, British journalist Sophie de Rosée put together a list of all the questions she wanted her Dad to answer about his life. Two years later, his memoir is still pouring out.
The idea proved so popular among friends they decided to publish it as a book to share with others.

MY DAD AT 19
My Dad is 19 years' old in this photograph, taken in the Pacific Islands where he famously punched a shark on the nose.
He's now 75 years' old and after a "little blip" with his health I panicked. There were still so many stories he hadn't told me. I set about writing a list of 75+ questions and two years on, he's still writing his memoir. And now you can too...
Your future readers will relish reading your stories and they'll be screaming out, "WAIT...YOU DID WHAT?!"
TESTIMONIALS
“Once I started, it just poured out of me in the most enjoyable of ways. Quite cathartic in fact.”
- Anthony Robinson
“Part-memoir, part-love letter to my children.”
- Charlotte Franklin
ABOUT SOPHIE
Sophie de Rosée is a British journalist who has interviewed the great and the good, from Jilly Cooper and David Dimbleby to Naomi Campbell and Nick Cave.
Her years at The Daily Telegraph, Condé Nast and writing for the Financial Times, Guardian Weekend and British Vogue, plus an MA in psychotherapy, make her well-versed in asking the right questions.
Sophie's mission is to get people writing their life stories to share with their families, friends and future generations. As author Kate Mosse once told her, "stories are the bridge that connects us."
